Shipping within Ireland

Shipping is free within Ireland. Every painting is carefully packed, sent by registered post and fully insured.

Shipping outside Ireland

I am happy to ship to most countries. As the cost depends on the size of the painting and its destination, please contact me for a shipping quote before ordering and I will arrange everything for you. Delivery takes longer depending on your location, and shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return agreement. If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, an automated email is delivered to the email you provided at the checkout. You have access to tracking information that provides you updates when they occur. We apologise for the inconvenience, but shipping delays are out of the control of small businesses worldwide and we are unable to speed up the shipping process for you.
